However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will happily accept returns or exchanges of products in original brand new condition, including intact tags and packaging, within 30 days of the ship date. Please note the following exceptions and clarifications:

Bedding Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

Bedding products sold on ShopOutlast come with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your bedding product simply return it within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging. An exchange, refund or store credit will be issued, less the cost of shipping, within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. 

All ShopOutlast bedding is covered with a 60-Day warranty. Items being returned due to defects (i.e. stitching, sizing, stains) will receive a full refund, exchange or store credit pending return and inspection.

Apparel Return Policy

Apparel products purchased on ShopOutlast may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned products must be in their original packaging with hang tags and labels still affixed. Refunds and store credits will be issued for the amount less our cost of shipping. The refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued after receipt and inspection.

Apparel products return in USED CONDITION will not be accepted.

To return or exchange an item, an authorization is required.

Simply send an e-mail to directorders@outlast.com or call toll free 1.888.OUTLAST with your name, order number, product name and reason for return or exchange. You will receive a reply e-mail authorization with instructions or a decline with reason for decline. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to ShopOutlast in its original brand new condition and packaging, including a copy of the return (or exchange) authorization with the Return Authorization Number. If you are returning a product due to a defect, ShopOutlast will gladly pay for the return shipping as well as the shipping to send the replacement product. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after we have credited your card or processed your exchange (please allow 1 week processing time after we receive your returned item). We will only credit against the original credit card used to make the purchase. We will refund your entire purchase price (less the shipping fees).

Please note that items shipped back to ShopOutlast without a prior return authorization are subject to approval.
